1.Q:How to contact with Xiamen Boxiang Stone ? How long can I get the reply from your company?

2.Q: What is the valid time of Xiamen Boxiang’s quotation:
A: Because of the fluctuation of Material/ Exchange rate / Export policy of Chinese Government, normally the quotation will be valid for one month If you need a long term quotation, please contact with our sales for details.

3.Q:How to get stone samples ?
A:Our customer can get  samples by express company(such as DHL,TNT and so on)The stone samples will be free if  the  value is less than $50, but normally new customer need to pay for the airfreight by T/T in advance,or offer us a valid collect account of express company. Of course this cost will be deducted from customers’first order. For frequent customer normally we will cover all the cost.

4.Q:What is your  price term ?
A:Normally we have two kinds of price term:
A.FOB(Free On Board) Free on board " means that the seller delivers when the goods pass the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the goods from that point. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export.
B.CIF (Cost, insurance and freight ) means that the seller delivers when the goods pass the ship's rail in the port of shipment. The seller must pay the costs and freight necessary to bring the goods to the named port of destination but the risk of loss of or damage to the goods, as well as any additional costs due to events occurring after the time of delivery, are transferred from the seller to the buyer. However, in CIF the seller also has to procure marine insurance against the buyer's risk of loss of or damage to the goods during the carriage

5.Q:What is the payment term of Xiamen Boxiang ?
A:Normally we have three  payment termL
A:30%  T/T as deposit. 70% balance to be paid against the copies of original B/L
B:L/C at sight.
C:30% T/T as deposit.70% D/P(Documents against Payment)

6.Q: What should we do if the product has quality problem or broken ?
A: If there is any quality problem for our product, please take the pictures a.s.a.p and offer us a list for bad quality/broken products Our Company is a professional ,reliable and  reputable company with more than 10 years in stone industry, We are the member of Xiamen Stone Association and we just get  SGS certification this year. We always trying our best for each order according to the requirement of our customer to keep high quality, We promise we will give you a satisfied reply if there is any quality problem caused by us.

7.Q: How to handle the shipment if my goods is just several crates?
A: LCL (Less than one container Load) will be a good choice. We can send the goods to the place your appoint by LCL shipment.

8.Q:How to calculate the weight of stone?
A:The weight of stone will be calculated by M3 and density. Normally the weight of 1M3 stone will be around 2.8-3Ton. But the weight will be different due to different material/product/finishing. Black color stone will be heavier than light color stone. Granite will be a little heavier than marble.

9.Q: How many  tons of stone products we can load into a 20’ Container?
A:The weight limit is different due to different Country/Port/Shipping company.
The containers to U.S.A just can load 17.5Ton, but for most other country we can load around 21-27 Ton.
